Manufacturing unit is well equipped with all the modernized
tools and equipment like: hemming machines, atom cutting
machines, dyeing machines, shredding machines and various
hand tools like knives, hammers and awls to poke holes in
leather. Our garments pass through 3 fundamental
sub-processes: preparatory stages, tanning and crusting to
provide them a final shape. The various sub processes that
are carried on in our unit to process leather include
preservation, soaking, liming, unhairing, fleshing,
splitting, reliming, deliming, bating, degreasing, frizzing,
splitting, shaving, rechroming, dyeing, fatliquoring,
filling, stuffing, stripping, whitening, fixation, setting,
drying, Various enzymes are used in our manufacturing unit
in order to prepare leather for the manufacturing process.
Our enzymes include: proteases, lipases and amylases which
have important role in soaking, dehairing, degreasing and
bating operations.
